Está ouvindo? A chuva lá fora faz muito barulho, assusta algumas pessoas, mas como fala ao coração. Ela conta quando em Vianópolis a gente ficava quietinho em casa tomando café com leite, debaixo de um cobertor no sofá, vendo Sítio do Pica Pau Amarelo. A lembrança é tão forte que nunca consigo apenas ler sobre o Sítio do Pica Pau Amarelo. As palavras dançam naturalmente porque calidamente ouço a melodia que na TV era mágica.
A chuva também fala do seu cheiro no quintal da tia Inácia, do tio Tônico, bem na fazenda da tia Divina. Já tentou pegar frango em dia molhado? Uma confusão bendita, escorregão de todo jeito, aquela escapulida dos braços quando você já achava que tinha dominado o bicho arisco. No fim, só a tia Léa dar conta do recado. E nem piscava. Só falava: “cês são bobo demais.” Muito, tia, demais. Até hoje.
Depois que o aguaceiro terminava de cair do céu, a maior alegria do mundo era andar na enxurrada batendo o pé e espirrando lama. Minha mãe virava do avesso porque nem tinha fôlego pra danar com a gente. Mandava pro banheiro rezando baixo umas palavras de corar Jesus. A gente não queria nem saber. Queria mesmo era gritar na risaiada. Sabem o que é isso?
Aqui na cidade a chuva transborda, machuca, entristece. No mato, transborda, quebra galhos e roda árvores, e é um espetáculo positivo. Nas ruas, a água leva tudo, e tudo é transtorno. Nos tripeiros, fica aquela maravilhosa sensação de mergulho na alma cada vez que a canela resvala nas folhas e leva os pingos acumulados como quem guarda um suspiro para dar de presente.
Andar no cerrado depois da chuva é melhor que andar nas nuvens. Digo isso com conhecimento de causa porque na realidade ando sempre nas nuvens, a vida inteiro tem sido assim. Andar no cerrado supera qualquer sonho, veleidade ou imaginação. É na verdade a aventura dos pés indo e vindo na ponta do coração. E se no fundo tiver aquela moda raiz que sai do rádio na madrugada, então a vida vale a pena. Dessas horas.
Tomando café aqui dentro – bem dentro de mim -, olhando a chuva, com esse sentimento acolhedor das boas lembranças, envolvido pela doce melancolia do coração apaziguado, não há fato que vença minhas histórias. Estou absolutamente resolvido nos contos dos meus sonhos. Quero apenas que a chuva seja quem é, para que eu desça e escorra profundamente, ser por ser.
