Estamos em fase de transição na política goiana. O que vem lá: um outro tempo. Nada a ver com ‘tempo novo’, apeado do poder em 2018, ou ‘velho tempo’ (alcunha que o MDB aceitou sem reclamar), vencido em 1998 depois de 16 anos no poder. Como novo tempo, leia-se uma nova ordem.
A nova ordem virá com a formação de novos grupos políticos para o velho jogo de disputa pelo poder. Esse reordenamento de forças já está em andamento. Em 2010 já era pra ter sido deflagrada a fase de transição, caso Marconi Perillo (PSDB) não tivesse voltado ao governo para mais dois mandatos.
Na época, seu grupo estava dividido e a oposição chegou a ensaiar uma ampla aliança. Não deu certo. O tucano se recompôs e venceu. Foi na eleição passada que as coisas começaram de fato a mudar. Com nuances próprias: a prisão e derrota de Marconi para o Senado.
Não confundir a nova ordem com o surgimento esporádico de novos líderes. A nova ordem reconfigura o jogo, reposiciona jogadores, ressignifica o embate e a posterior ocupação do poder no Estado. Novos jogadores nascem e morrem toda hora. Muitos tiveram sua oportunidade, poucos sobreviveram.
O que não dá é pra entender o que vem por aí com olhos do que foi, do que era, do que muitos acreditam ser tábua de lei por constar nos livros e nas tradições. As alianças e rivalidades do passado são História, não são motor deste novo momento. Explicam, mas não definem.
Chama a atenção que os mais abertos ao rearranjo que aponta para o futuro sejam dois políticos que atravessam os tempos, o histórico e os concebidos em históricas peças de marketing: o governador Ronaldo Caiado (DEM) e o ex-governador e ex-prefeito de Goiânia Iris Rezende (MDB).
Os dois tem rivalidade conhecida e batida na poeira das décadas, mas nos últimos nos tornaram-se fortes companheiros de trincheira. Talvez o fato de virem de uma época em que a liturgia da política era outra, tenha contribuído para tornar mais fácil a composição agora. Mais que interesses eleitorais, o que uniu e une Iris e Caiado é o velho e bom senso – ou a sabedoria política mesmo.
Poucos aliados, diga-se, dedicaram ao ex-governador a deferência que o atual governador tem dedicado. Em gestos e palavras, Caiado reverencia Iris de um jeito que ele não foi pela geração mais recente de seus partidários. Iris retribui com da mesma forma: com gestos, com declarações. De lado a lado, apoio respeitoso e calculado, nos limites da política. Sem estridência, sem falsa modéstia e com pé na realidade passada e futura.
Ainda não é possível apontar os líderes do novo ordenamento de forças em Goiás. Há candidatos. Como o presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Lissauer Vieira (em busca de partido), e o prefeito de Aparecida de Goiânia, Gustavo Mendanha (MDB). Eles despontam como potenciais líderes de grupos próprios. Estão mais para protagonistas do que para coadjuvantes.
Lissauer surpreendeu ao ser eleito presidente; e se consolidou no jogo, antecipando a reeleição. Articula com desenvoltura e pragmatismo. Gustavo, reeleito com mais de 90% dos votos, mostrou que tem qualidades que o diferenciam como gestor e como candidato a qualquer cargo ou mandato no Estado. Favorece ainda os dois o fato de terem 41 e 38 anos, respectivamente.
Para ambos, além da avenida aberta, há o tempo a favor. Depende deles. Não será automático, porém, que se firmarão como jogadores de ponta. São promissores. Outros certamente surgirão – ou já estão em campo, a um passo, uma eleição, quem sabe, de se firmar como titulares.
Antes do jogo que virá é preciso concluir o que está em curso. Uma coisa leva à outra. E isso se dará de forma natural, a seu… tempo. Aqueles que não tiverem competência e habilidade ficarão perdidos no caminho, no máximo estarão na reserva ou segundo time.
O que não cabe nessa reorganização política: discursos rasos. Não é porque Caiado e MDB sempre foram adversários, configure traição que se aliem agora. Traição a quê, a quem, se os tempos são outros e os cobradores de lealdade à camisa já jogaram em outro time?
Não é porque Daniel e Caiado se enfrentaram para o governo em 2018 que seja obrigatório jamais serem amigos ou companheiros pontuais. Não é porque MDB e Republicanos se desentenderam depois da morte de Maguito Vilela e ascensão à Prefeitura de Goiânia do vice, Rogério Cruz, este ano que Gustavo unir-se ao Republicanos, ou até foliar-se ao partido, o torna traidor.
Ou, pior ainda, na visão de muitos emedebistas, que sua união a Marconi Perillo seja uma afronta a Maguito, que o elegeu na sua sucessão, em Aparecida. Ou mais: que Gustavo ser candidato contra Caiado em 2022 desqualifique Daniel como político de futuro.
São movimentos. Jogadas. PP não é mais poeira da Arena. O PT abriu-se a alianças com legendas fora de seu campo faz tempo. PSD está sempre pronto pra conversar. O PSDB compõe com direita e esquerda sem pestanejar. Esquerda e direito na maior parte das vezes não passam de ponto de vista.
Qual partido é o que sempre foi? Ou que existe com personalidade própria? Raras são as exceções, ainda assim em termos. Não se trata de ideologia, mas de fatalidade política: as alianças sao feitas segundo o jogo jogado, e não os jogadores do outro lado. Mais importante do que ganhar ou perder, é sobreviver.
A chapa de Caiado e uma possível chapa de Gustavo, e qualquer chapa que se formar ano que vem, serão simplesmente a consequência elementar de decisões estratégicas de jogadores que buscam se firmar na nova ordem como líderes de futuro, a exemplo de Daniel.
